In Projek AGNI, crafting Batik-inspired graphics, elements, or identity is not far-fetched, because it’s cultural and not romanticising the past. It just came naturally for us, it felt right, and it only shows our identity and can summarise what we want to express.

What makes batik or ragam hias truly special?
Because it is crafted with intentions, slow process and dedicated mastery.
We try to mimics this methods into our process in branding.
Batik can be a reflection of the makers, and also can be a reflection of the wearer.
You can be almost inspired with any kind of shapes that derived from batik, it's modular at it's core.
to be an apparel, or to be a heirloom. in eastern part of indonesia, it's a currency.
